River Woods Homeowners Association Specification Documents
Listed below are a number of important documents for the use of the residents of the Homeowners Association (HOA) in regards to changes and/or improvements made to the exterior of their home. It is very important that Homeowners take the appropriate steps before any changes are made. Please use your Rules & Regulations Handbook as well as the documents below to begin the process. By all means, if you, as a Home Owner, have any questions, please call the Association Office for clarification and/or direction.

​ HOA Architectural Request Form​
Any changes to be made to the exterior of your home need to be approved by the appropriate entity such as the ACC committee and the Board of Directors. To begin this process, fill out the form below in its entirety to begin the process. Important note: This MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR to starting your project.
